Providing free Arts & Crafts materials and support, to help Disadvantaged Children, Vulnerable Adults and people of all ages with Learning Disabilities or Special Needs in the Essex area.

Why we do it

Arts & Crafts are important for people of all ages with special needs or learning disabilities and can help in many ways including:

• Building fine motor and problem-solving skills
• Enhancing communication and expression
• Promoting self-esteem and motivation to succeed

For people suffering with Dementia, Art and colour can be used to express thoughts, feelings and memories. It can help engage attention and may improve symptoms of anxiety and apathy.
